As young holiday goers, we really enjoyed the convenient location near Covent Garden, Theatreland, and Oxford Street. The breakfast selection was ample and satisfying, and we also had the opportunity to indulge in high tea. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and happy. Anastasia, our hostess, went above and beyond to cater to our preferences and even resolved an issue with the online restaurant reservation system.

This hotel is a gem! Perfect for exploring the city, with its great location just a stone's throw away from popular attractions such as Oxford Street and Covent Garden. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is delicious and varied, leaving us sated for the day ahead. The lounge bar serves fantastic cocktails that we enjoyed sipping on after a long day of sightseeing.

Although the hotel has amazing service, the WiFi signal could be a bit stronger.

The hotel is situated on a really good street as there is always a bus available right outside the door. It is a convenient location as it is walking distance from Trafalgar Square. The service is exceptional as the staff from the front desk clerk to the breakfast room staff to the maid were all friendly and helpful. The amenities provided in the room like the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and sitting area were all in excellent condition.

This venue is highly recommended for families.

The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was unbeatable. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk who allowed us to check in early to the breakfast room staff who greeted us with warm smiles. The service couldn't have been better - we couldn't ask for a better experience.
